What exactly does 319 Creations do?

We create custom woodwork and personalized gifts that make people say “Whoa, where’d you get that?” From laser engraved cutting boards and sublimated tumblers to mini cornhole boards and custom décor, we blend craftsmanship with creativity—and maybe a little caffeine.

Where is 319 Creations located?

We’re based in the U.S., making all our products by hand right here at our workshop in Canton, Ohio. Every order is made with care, love, and just a little sawdust.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! Custom is kind of our thing. If you have an idea, even a half-baked one scribbled on a napkin, send it our way. We’ll help turn it into something amazing—and possibly frame that napkin.

Can I personalize an item with my own logo or message?

Absolutely! Whether it’s your company logo, a handwritten recipe, a photo of your cat (hey, no judgment), or a heartfelt message—we can make it happen. Just upload your design or tell us what you want during checkout.

What’s the difference between laser engraving and sublimation?

Great question!


  • uses a laser to physically etch your design into the surface—think cutting boards, signs, and coasters.

  • involves printing full-color images onto special items (like tumblers, tiles, and keychains) using heat and pressure. It's like magic. But with science.

What kind of wood do you use?

Only the good stuff. We typically work with high-quality hardwoods like maple, walnut, cherry, and oak. We also use other premium woods such as plywood when it makes sense for the project. If it’s not beautiful or built to last, we don’t use it.

How do I care for my wood products?

Easy! Wipe them with a damp cloth, keep them out of the dishwasher, and if they start looking a little dry, rub on some food-safe mineral oil. Treat them right and they’ll stick around longer than that fruitcake from last Christmas.

Order Info

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days however, custom orders can take between 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of the project and how many cups of coffee we’ve had. Need it sooner? Shoot us a message and we’ll see what magic we can pull off.

Do you accept returns?

Because most of our items are custom-made just for you, we typically don’t accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is important (and so is our sleep at night).

What if I need to change something on my order?

Orders cannot be changed once it has been shipped. If a custom order has not gone into production, you can request a change by contacting us.
