Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional time, as noted on individual product pages.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
319 Creations is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot replace orders lost or stolen after delivery.
Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. Reshipment fees will apply.
International Shipping (If Offered)
International shipping times vary by destination.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production/shipping has not begun.
